Philosophy behind our products
Simple, natural, and organic, hair, skin, and dreadlock care products are what we are all about!
Our products were developed with dreadlocks in mind, but you don't need dreads to use them. They are excellent for all hair types, but dreadlocks require special care, like shampoos that don't leave residue and products that do not contain wax or leave build up. I have been making these products for a long time now and I do not sell anything I do not use myself!
All of our dreadlock care products are PETA CERTIFIED cruelty free and vegan!
There have been a lot of questions lately involving "natural" or "organic" ingredients so im going to address that here. First ALL of our ingredients are NATURAL and have been obtained and processed by natural means. Our oils are either expeller pressed or steam distilled NEVER EVER solvent extracted! A lot of our ingredients are organic but regulations require certification in order to label an ingredient as such. Certification is a very expensive process and while we aren't about cutting costs we are about supporting other independent businesses and growers who may grow and produce organic herbs and botanicals but just don't yet have it in their budget to be certified.

Shipping Info
Domestic shipping is done by either first class or priority USPS. All domestic packages have tracking info!
WE NO LONGER WILL SHIP UNINSURED PACKAGES OUTSIDE THE US.
If you are located outside the US and would like to try our products you will need to contact us through our etsy shop and make your purchase there. We cannot ship and insure international packages through our website at a reasonable rate, etsy allows us to insure our packages with a 3rd party at a much lower cost!

Returns and Exchanges
Due to the nature of our products I can not accept returns. HOWEVER, if you are dissatisfied with any of my products for any reason please contact me and I will do my very best to accommodate you and make your experience with us the very best! This is what separates small independent business from large corporations. I am a very real person over here and I will do everything I can to make something to suit your needs, but I cant fix it if you don't let me know! So please contact me if you are not 100% satisfied and I will work with YOU to make sure YOU are taken care of.
Wholesale
I am always willing to do wholesale orders! Our wholesale prices are simple. You must purchase a minium of $150 before shipping charges and I can discount the order by 30%.Wholesale pricing is for products only accessories are excluded. Wholesale shipping is usually done via FedEx or UPS as the rates are much lower.
